Auto-Renewal Agreement

1. Automatic Renewal Subscriptions

Following the policies of Google Play Store and Apple's App Store, an auto-renewed subscription order will be created once a purchase takes place. All subscription details including start date, expiration date, and subscription type can be viewed in my Settings within your account. By enabling this auto-renewal service and failing to explicitly cancel it, you authorize SoulVid to instruct Google Pay or Apple's App Store to automatically deduct the service fee for the next billing cycle from the balance of your linked payment account during the auto-renewal period. This action extends the validity period of your membership service corresponding to that billing cycle.

The subscription can be canceled at any time after being created. If you choose to cancel, the current subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges will apply. At this point, your access will be limited to the SoulVid's free version, and you will no longer be able to use premium features and content exclusive to paid subscriptions.

All subscriptions are created and managed by Google Play or Apple's App Store. The policies might change according to the corresponding body.

In order to provide you with a subscription service, we may collect relevant financial information, including bank account, payment information. The relevant data is only used when necessary and is protected by encryption technology.

2. Cancel a subscription on Apple's AppStore

To cancel a subscription on Apple's App Store:

1. On your device, go to Settings > (your name) > iTunes & App Store.
2. Tap your Apple ID located at the top of the screen, then tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in with your Apple ID.
3. Scroll down, then tap Subscriptions.
4. Select the subscription that you want to manage.
5. From the Manage subscription section, tap Cancel Subscription.
6. Tap Confirm.

3. Cancel a subscription on Google Play

To cancel a subscription on Google Play:

1. Open the Google Play app Google Play.
2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
3. Tap Payments & subscriptions and then Subscriptions.
4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
5. Tap Cancel subscription.
6. Follow the instructions.

4. Notice

To help you understand your auto-renewal status, SoulVid will notify you via one or more methods, including in-app messages or email, before the scheduled auto-payment date, in accordance with applicable laws and relevant service rules. Please ensure you receive these notifications.

5. Term

Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement or SoulVid's relevant rules, this auto-renewal service remains effective indefinitely from the date of activation until you voluntarily cancel it.

6. Right of SoulVid

Should you violate this Agreement or SoulVid's rules, we reserve the right to suspend your automatic renewal service based on the nature of your breach. You shall bear all legal liabilities and consequences arising therefrom.
