1.3 Personal Internet Activity Records: To provide you with a consistent user experience and ensure the quality of our services, we may need to record your personal internet activities. This may include but is not limited to browsing/clicking records, favorites/following/reservation records, posting records, visit dates/times/durations, and interaction counts.
1.4 Input information: If you have an account, with your consent, we will receive the images, videos, audio, and recordings you upload.
1.5 Communications: If you contact us directly (e.g., via support emails), we may receive additional information about you, such as your name and the contents of your message.
1.6 Transaction Information: If you make a purchase, we collect information related to the transaction, such as payment details, which are processed by our third-party payment processors.

We shall not be responsible for security incidents caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including user negligence in safeguarding account credentials, third-party services, force majeure, or advanced cyber attacks that cannot be prevented by standard security measures.
4.1 What Facial Data Does Our Application Collect?
We analyze users' photos to identify facial feature points (such as eyes, nose, mouth) for facial processing. We do not retain any facial data. After the analysis process is completed, all data will be deleted, and no data will be saved.
4.2 What is the Purpose of Collecting This Information?
To provide users with video effects such as "transformation," the application needs to identify feature points (such as eyes, nose, mouth). The complete process is as follows: (1) You upload the image to our server. (2) The server analyzes your photo and returns the results of the facial data processing. (3) The application automatically combines the facial data processing results with video material to create the final effect. (4) After the synthesis process is complete, your image will be automatically deleted.
4.3 Will the Data Be Shared with Any Third Parties?
Data will not be shared with any third parties. After the analysis process is complete, the photos you uploaded will be deleted. The photo and video editing and enhancement technologies used by us cannot uniquely identify or authenticate individuals in the images, and we have not trained these technologies for such purposes. This means we only use this Service to enhance images containing faces shared by users and will not use them for any illegal purposes.
We may store your information in a secure server located outside of your jurisdiction. We may also transfer your information internationally to achieve one or more of the purposes described in the Policy. All storage and international transfer of your information will be conducted in line with the requirements of applicable law.
The Service is not intended for minors under the age of 13. You may only use this Service if you are at least 13 years old and/or meet the minimum age requirement prescribed by your jurisdiction. If you have not reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must obtain prior consent from your parent(s) or legal guardian(s). We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service if we become aware that you fail to meet the aforesaid age requirement or have not obtained the required parental/guardian consent.
We may update this policy from time to time in accordance with laws, service functions or operational needs. If there are major changes, we will provide notification methods in accordance with the law. By continuing to use the Service, you agree to the updated policy.
